Web based selfcare portal- provisioning system

Selfcare works with any browser (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) from PC, MAC or smartphone. Users can belong to access groups with different rights. You can forbid listening of recorded calls or viewing call logs for some users.

Selfcare enables to change any settings. It is possible to create new users, change subscriptions, or anything else- operations that were usually accomplished by highly skilled telecom specialists. Every change in selfcare is automatically billed, ie. system has tight integration with billing- no human intervention is required. 
User interface is so simple that it does not require training.
